Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK and Irish public holidays. Multiple withdrawal requests submitted within a 24-hour period may be combined into a single payment at our discretion.

Winnings from free spins are credited as a games bonus and are subject to a 10x wagering requirement. Games bonus winnings are capped at £100 plus the original bonus amount. We do not currently offer a TheSlotsIsland no deposit bonus as a standard promotional feature, and any winnings generated from an unfunded account are capped at £25.
